This notice explains what personal information Growith collects when you visit growith.click or get in touch with us, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. We keep the data we collect to a minimum and never sell it.

Growith ("we", "us", "our") designs, builds and hosts websites for small businesses. This notice covers the website at growith.click and any related services we provide. For anything to do with your privacy, contact us at hello@growith.click. For the purposes of UK data protection law, Growith is the "data controller" for the information described here.

2. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you and provide our service:

• Information you give us — such as your name, business name, phone number, email address and the details of your enquiry, when you message us on WhatsApp, call us, email us, or use a contact form.
• Project information — content, images, logos and other materials you send us so we can build your website.
• Technical information — basic data your browser sends automatically, such as your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you view, collected through server logs and cookies (see section 5).

We do not knowingly collect payment card details through this website, and we do not process special-category (sensitive) personal data.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiries and provide quotes.
• To design, build, host and maintain your website.
• To send you service-related messages, such as renewal reminders and important notices.
• To operate, secure and improve growith.click.
• To comply with our legal obligations.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we will not send you marketing you haven't asked for.

4. Legal basis for processing

Under UK GDPR we rely on:

• Contract — to provide the website and services you've asked us for.
• Legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries, keep our site secure, and run our business, in a way that does not override your rights.

Growith uses only essential cookies needed for the site to work, and may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the site is used (for example, page visits) in aggregate. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites for advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the core site will still work.

6. Who we share your information with

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run our service, and only as far as needed, including:

• Our website hosting and domain providers.
• Communication tools such as WhatsApp, used when you choose to message us.
• Professional advisers or authorities, where we are legally required to.

Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK-approved standard contractual clauses.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards. For clients, we keep project and account records for the duration of our service and for as long as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes, after which it is securely deleted.

8. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Have inaccurate data corrected.
• Ask us to erase your data, where applicable.
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time, where we relied on it.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including secure hosting and encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and keep our systems up to date.
