Terms of Service

These terms set out the agreement between you and Growith when you ask us to design, build or host a website. By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all services provided by Growith ("we", "us", "our") through growith.click. "You" means the individual or business that engages us. If you don't agree with these Terms, please don't use our services. We recommend you save or print a copy for your records.

2. Our services

Growith designs, builds, hosts and maintains websites for small businesses. A typical package includes design and build of your website, hosting, and a domain name, provided on an annual basis. The exact scope of your project — number of pages, features and content — is agreed with you before work begins, usually over WhatsApp, email or a written quote.

We aim to deliver work to a professional standard and within the timeframe we agree with you, though timeframes depend on you providing the content and feedback we need.

3. Pricing & payment

• Our standard service is offered at £20 per year, which includes design, hosting and a domain name unless we tell you otherwise in writing.
• Additional work outside the agreed scope (for example, extra pages, custom features or major redesigns) may be quoted separately and agreed with you before we start.
• Payment is due as set out in your quote or order. Your service runs for 12 months from activation and renews annually unless cancelled.
• All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). We'll always tell you the price before you commit — there are no hidden fees.

4. Your responsibilities

To help us deliver your website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information and the content (text, images, logos) needed to build your site in a timely way.
• Ensure you own, or have permission to use, any content you give us, and that it is lawful and not infringing anyone else's rights.
• Use the website and our services lawfully, and not for anything misleading, harmful, or prohibited by law.
• Keep any login details we give you secure.

You are responsible for the content of your website. We may decline to publish, or may remove, content that is unlawful, offensive, or that puts our hosting or reputation at risk.

5. Intellectual property

Content you provide (your text, images, logos and brand) remains yours. Once your website is fully paid for and live, you own the rights to the finished design and content of your site for use as your business website. Growith retains ownership of any underlying templates, code frameworks, and tools we reuse across projects, and of our own brand. We may show your completed website in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.

6. Hosting & availability

We host your website using reputable hosting providers and aim to keep it online and available at all times. We can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service — occasional downtime can occur due to maintenance, updates, or issues outside our control. We'll make reasonable efforts to resolve any problems promptly. Your domain and hosting remain active for as long as your service is paid up and current.

7. Third-party services

Your website may use third-party tools and services (for example, hosting, domain registration, WhatsApp, or embedded maps). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we're not responsible for their content or availability.

8. Cancellation & renewals

You can cancel your service at any time by contacting us. Your website and hosting will remain active until the end of your current paid period, after which the site and its hosting will be taken offline unless you renew. If you want to move your website or domain elsewhere, contact us and we'll do our best to help. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

9. Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growith is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for anything that cannot be limited by law, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. General & contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date shows when they last changed, and continued use of our services means you accept the current version. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will still apply.
