Refund Policy
Last updated: 7 July 2026
We want you to be happy with your website. This policy explains when you can get a refund, including your legal right to cancel within 14 days, and how to request one.
The short version: You have 14 days from placing your order to change your mind and get a full refund โ as long as we haven't already finished building and delivered your website with your agreement. After that, refunds are considered on a fair, case-by-case basis.

1. Your 14-day right to cancel
If you are a consumer in the UK, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of placing it, without giving a reason, and receive a full refund. To use this right, simply let us know within that period (see section 6).
2. If work has already started
If you ask us to start work during the 14-day cancellation period, you agree that we can begin straight away. If you then cancel within the 14 days:
- If we have not yet started, you'll receive a full refund.
- If we have started but not finished, you'll receive a refund for the part of the service not yet provided; we may retain a fair amount for the work already done.
- If the service has been fully delivered within the 14 days with your agreement, the right to cancel no longer applies.
3. Refunds after delivery
Once your website has been built and delivered, we consider refund requests fairly and on a case-by-case basis. If something isn't right โ a fault, an error, or the site doesn't match what we agreed โ tell us and we'll fix it at no extra cost. Because our service involves custom work and time already spent, we generally can't refund a completed and delivered website simply due to a change of mind after it's live, but we'll always try to find a fair resolution.
4. Annual renewals
Our service renews annually. We'll aim to remind you before your renewal date. If you don't want to renew, let us know before the renewal and you won't be charged for the next year. If a renewal payment is taken and you contact us within 14 days without your site having been renewed or re-hosted for the new term, we'll refund it.
5. Non-refundable costs
Some third-party costs we pay on your behalf may be non-refundable once incurred โ most commonly a domain name registration, which is purchased from a registrar for a fixed term and generally can't be refunded once registered. Where this applies, we'll deduct only the actual third-party cost and refund the rest.
6. How to request a refund
To request a refund or cancel, just get in touch and tell us your name, the service you ordered, and that you'd like to cancel or request a refund:
- Email: hello@growith.click
- WhatsApp / phone: +44 7988 581859
We'll acknowledge your request promptly and process any refund due within 14 days, using the same payment method you originally used. This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
